Friday, Scott and I celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary. \u00a0We had a nice quiet dinner at a Mexican restaurant that is not terrible and then we checked off one of my \u201cmust do\u2019s\u201d while we are here. \u00a0We had a fire on the beach! \u00a0We took a couple bottles of wine, chairs that our neighbors let us borrow, music, popcorn, and stuff for a fire and headed to the beach. \u00a0Turns out, building a fire on the beach can be a bit challenging but we managed. \u00a0It wasn\u2019t the clearest of nights but it was the perfect temperature for a fire!<\/p>\n

Earlier in the week we went the the first night of the Seaside Farmers Market. \u00a0We went kind of late and a lot of the vendors were already out of stuff. \u00a0We pass this chair almost every day and I\u2019ve always wanted to stop and get up in it. \u00a0On our walk back from the farmers market we finally did!<\/p>\n

On a side note, we have passed this pole countless times on our walks, and Scott only this week realized it was a \u201cgum pole\u201d. \u00a0So gross…<\/p>\n

We also had this little guy visit us this week. \u00a0I wasn\u2019t able to get his pic before he jumped down, but he was propped up on the door peeking in.<\/p>\n

Everyone here talks about the elk and how they are always in the road and in the way. \u00a0I very badly want to see them close like that. \u00a0I often drive through the neighborhoods where they are frequently seen and they are always off in the distance for me. \u00a0Not fair.<\/p>\n
