After a fantastic week visiting some of Carolynn’s family in Channahon, IL, we headed West on Monday, March 19th. \u00a0We decided to drive most of the day the first time, and stopped in Lexington, Nebraska. \u00a0We also got to witness our first road rage incident. \u00a0It was caught by our dash cam. \u00a0Video to follow once we get to Seaside.<\/p>\n

Leaving Illinois and crossing the Mississippi River:<\/p>\n

Not much to see in Iowa. \u00a0Very nice trip with no issues. \u00a0Once we got in to Nebraska, that changed.<\/p>\n

We were greeted by the Union Pacific railroad:<\/p>\n

\nAfter this, we got in to storms and thankfully just rain. \u00a0When we got to Lexington, there were several inches of snow on the ground, but the Interstate was clear.<\/p>\n
