Saturday we had an awesome evening with some new friends at a local winery.  They were celebrating their 1 year of being open here in Seaside.  We drank wine, ate, enjoyed a live band, and had fun with friends.

It must have been a perfect night for a fire on the beach because on our walk home we saw tons of people having fires.  I will have a fire on the beach before we leave Seaside!

Sunday we revisited Fort Stevens, but this time we took our bicycles.  We rode our bikes about 18 miles through the park.  We also rode to the Fort itself, walked around ate a picnic lunch that we packed. The weather was absolutely amazing!  Neither one of us realized how much sun we were getting until later that night.

Because the weather was so nice on Sunday, we saw the most people we have seen on the beach the whole time we’ve been here.
