North Cascades National Park

We made it to North Cascades National Park.  The water in the rivers and lakes here were so green!

We walked up a short walk to check out a waterfall.  The water coming down this fall was crystal clear ice blue colored.  It almost didn’t look real.

We drove up to Diablo Lake but the clouds and the rain made it not very photogenic.   Plus, we were running out of daylight so we turned around and headed back.  We had seen lots of waterfalls on the drive in this park also.  We did stop at one overlook on the way out to look at one of them.

Here are a few more that we saw on the way.

We will try really hard to get back to this park before we leave Washington.
