Happy Thanksgiving

Here are some of my Thanksgiving decorations.

This turkey was a find at an arts and craft fair last year.
This is what I painted for my interchangeable sign inside.

We got together with my friends from work for a “friendsgiving” meal at a place called Mike’s Farm. We had our own private room for dinner with just our group. After dinner, we went on a hayride to see a Christmas lights display. It was very enjoyable.

You can’t really see in the picture, but they made it snow during the ride.

On Thanksgiving day we had dinner at my parents. My brother and his family were able to join us also. The weather was perfect for a lot of hanging out outside.

A sign that it was a good day. Haha

Most of the Black Friday shopping we did this year was online. My mom and I did venture to Lowe’s for some poinsettias and Tractor Supply for a few things. We started at 6am and we were done before 7. None of the places we went were crowded at all.

We are back home now and it’s time to take down all the fall/Thanksgiving decor and start putting out the Christmas/winter decor.
